I'm at the farmers market at least once a month stocking up on goodies because the variety and quality of gluten free goods arent anywhere near being matched by anyone or any place in the Central Texas area. Mini lemon bundt cakes, apple rum cake, chocolate chip cookies, madelaines, almond creme cake, alfajores (?), jalapeno cheese muffins, chocolate dipped biscotti, twinkies, tropical cupcakes, fruit tarts, and the very special imperial cake...you can't go wrong with anything you choose. 	Best desserts ever, gluten free or not! You really can't even tell you're eating gluten free. No odd aftertaste like you get with most gf substitutes. Frolla Patisserie uses their own secret flour blend -- making desserts that are soft and fluffy or crisp but not crumbly depending on what the recipe calls for!
